Comentário: Após muita anarquia, molecagem, desrespeito, agressividade, obscenidades e escatologias, o Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, desembarca num país que reúne todas essas características em seu povo: o Brasil! Confirmados para o palco alternativo do SWU, no primeiro dia do festival, tenho certeza de que causarão mais frisson do que muita atração marcada pro palco principal.

O OFWGKTA é um grupo de Hip Hop alternativo formado por adolescentes que, a despeito da pouca idade, já demonstram disposição para destruir clássicos conceitos, a começar pela indústria fonográfica, já que praticamente tudo que lançam é disponibilizado gratuitamente para download. Tyler, the Creator é uma espécie de líder da banda: produz quase todos os discos, faz participações nas faixas de seus colegas e, como se não bastasse, foi o seu álbum solo que alavancou de maneira mais firme a carreira do grupo. Hodgy Beats, Mike G, Earl Sweatshirt, Left Brain, Domo Genesis, Jasper Dolphin, Taco, Super 3, Frank Ocean, Syd Tha Kyd - única mulher do grupo - e Matt Martians completam o coletivo.

Além das tapes do grupo e dos trabalhos lançados individualmente por cada um deles, existem subgrupos dentro do grupo - uma coisa meio Inception - como EarlWolf (formado por Earl e Tyler), MellowHype (composto de Hodgy e Left Brain), The Jet Age of Tomorrow (Matt e Super 3) e The Internet (Syd e Matt).

Vasculhando mais a fundo os seus trabalhos, percebe-se que, apesar de se assemelharem bastante, cada um dos membros tem um estilo diferente, peculiar, tanto nas letras quando nas produções. Em seus shows, o grupo não apresenta somente as músicas que gravam juntos, mas também os destaques de suas carreiras solo, motivo pelo qual disponibilizo abaixo nada menos do que QUINZE releases, ou seja, todos os que foram lançados oficialmente. Estou realmente curioso pra vê-los em ação.
