Comentário: Do Heavy Metal ao Pop; do mainstream ao underground; de Tool e Nine Inch Nails a Lady Gaga, Adele e Tupac Shakur: não há uma área sequer que não tenha sido abrangida pela vasta produção do Vitamin String Quartet. A Vitamin é a gravadora que os capitaneia, e quarteto de cordas é a expressão largamente utilizada para denominar, geralmente, um agrupado de dois violinos, uma viola (ou violeta) e um violoncelo. Tal é a composição do grupo que, ao que se sabe, não conta com um lineup fixo.
Seus releases são compostos de tributos a álbuns em específico, a estilos pré-determinados, ou aos maiores hits da carreira de determinada banda. É assombrosa a qualidade das gravações, e quando se compara com as canções originais, percebe-se que aquilo demanda muito estudo e dedicação, pois cada arranjo, cada instrumento, cada riff das faixas originais são reproduzidos com maestria na homenagem.
